How the Impact Social Media Plans Work:
Once you sign up for one of our service plans, we’ll assign you a dedicated Social Media Associate. Your Social Media Associate will email you an information form to complete. Once you email it back to us, we’ll set up your accounts on Twitter and Facebook.
Depending upon the plan you select, we’ll create the content for these accounts and manage them for you. At defined intervals, we’ll send you a report of all the activity on these accounts AS WELL AS COMMENTS POSTED ABOUT YOUR COMPANY ON SITES SUCH AS YELP, TRIPADVISOR, CITYSEARCH, BLOGS, OR OTHER SITES RELEVANT TO YOUR COMPANY OR INDUSTRY.
Additionally, if you select our Platinum Plan we work with you to respond to negative reviews and criticism to build confidence in your online audience about your company’s service and commitment to customers.
Competitor Watch Reports:
Impact Social Media will deliver a comprehensive report on up to ten (10) of your local competitors. Once you sign up for a Competitor Watch Report, you’ll receive an email form to complete for our team. Once we receive it, our team will search the internet for user/customer reviews, Twitter posts, blog comments, Facebook comments, etc. to prepare a report for you on their online reputation and activities.
Your report will be sent to you within five (5) business days. But that’s not all. Your Social Media Associate will set up a 30 minute phone conference with your team to discuss what we found and how you might benefit from what we’ve learned about your competition.
