It’s always a good thing when we can get back to the Big Apple, and this time around we’ll be sharing some knowledge about social media as it relates to small business.

These are important tools that each member of your team should be equipped with in order to effectively sell and represent your company. The workshop is slated for 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at Dale Carnegie Training of New York City, 780 Third Ave., C-1, in New York.

eBoot Camp author Corey Perlman will share his tips and strategies to use Web 2.0 tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and press releases to generate new leads and stay in front of existing clients. Combine these tools with the Dale Carnegie’s Human Relations Principles and you’ll learn to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships in the digital space.

You’ll also learn how to:

  • Use Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin to generate business
  • Use blogs, articles, and press releases to build your brand
  • The right way to add online video to your marketing strategy
