Facebook just held their annual F8 Developer Conference and made it very clear that they’re doubling down on Facebook Messenger over the coming years. I believe their goal is to make messenger our go to platform for digital communication…possibly at the expense of email.
For example, they just enabled users to ‘attach’ Dropbox files to our messages, making it super easy to share files with Facebook friends. They also just launched a bot platform for Messenger – essentially opening up the platform for developers to make major enhancements to the feature.

How are you currently using Facebook Messenger? Think that will change over the coming years? Is there a way to integrate it with your business?

Stay tuned!
