Happy Halloween, friends!

As we go full-speed-ahead into the holiday season, I want to leave you with just a few more things to keep in mind when you plan your holiday marketing – hopefully you’ll find some treats instead of tricks!

Check out these scary-good tips for your holiday marketing:

Ensure your website is mobile-friendly. Gen Z and Millennials in particular are browsing almost exclusively on their phones, and they will leave if things aren’t easy to find quickly. Make sure that they can easily navigate your website.

Tweak your messaging and tone. A one-size-fits-all message won’t fly with everyone. Gen X and Baby Boomers are online shopping more, but still prefer Facebook over other platforms. Consider creating holiday marketing ads targeted towards your audience where they are.

Don’t Neglect Your Remarketing Game. The holiday season is a very busy time, and people are making decisions fast. So if they’ve dropped off your website or left their cart half full, they might just need a quick reminder.

Get Creative with Video. There is no better way to communicate a message, particularly a holiday message, than with video. It could be a video wishing your customers holiday cheer, or showing the fun your team is having dressing up in costumes – whatever you think will resonate best with your audience and bring them a bit of joy as we approach the end of 2020!

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about how to put this into practice for your business. I can’t wait to see what your holiday marketing looks like!
Stay safe and have a scary-good Halloween!
