Action I want you to take:
  • In your next video, figure out the one-sentence solution to the problem you’re about to solve.
  • In the first 10 seconds, share that sentence with the audience.
  • With the remainder of your video, fill in the gaps between the problem and the solution.
  • Be prepared for more people to stick with your video until the very end.
These days, people have a finite attention span, so those first 10 seconds are critical to whether they stay or leave. Make them count!
