Q. How do I get over the fear of what to post?! A. Create social media company guidelines and have ongoing conversations to avoid major mishaps. Key Takeaway- Remember what I always say, “Done is Better than Perfect,” focus on consistency, not perfection when it comes to your social media platforms. Q. If we have more than one audience, which should we focus on? A. It’s perfectly okay to include a mix of content to address both of your audiences – I look at it as more of an AND, not an OR. Key Takeaway- Consider having a Content Calendar for each audience. This will give you and your team a visual idea of what you have going out on social, and you can work together to pull content from all areas of the business.
