I recently did a private consultation with an automotive repair shop. The owner had mentioned she’d been following me on social for years, yet she’d never engaged with my content. I asked her about this and her response really surprised me.  Here’s the 1-min scoop: 

Goes to show you that while engagement might feel low – listening may be high. There may be fans and followers loving your content, just not shouting it from the rooftops – although we appreciate those people too 😉
