Hello Friends!

Did you encounter any Keyboard Warriors last week? If so, I hope some of the tips we shared helped combat the Negative Nancies out there. 🥊

This week we are talking about the importance of customer feedback, specifically positive reviews, and how it drives our business.

Creative Ways to Encourage Reviews: We have to not only motivate customers when they are happy, but, as a business, have a process in place to collect those reviews.

Tune in for more ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

Here are a few creative ways to encourage people to leave a review for your small business:

1. Offer an incentive: Offer a discount or a freebie to customers who leave a review. Make sure to mention this incentive on your website, social media pages, and in-store signage.

2. Make it easy: Provide clear instructions on how to leave a review and make the process as simple as possible. Include links to your business’s review page on popular platforms like Google, Yelp, or Facebook.

3. Personalize your request: Reach out to customers who have had a positive experience with your business and ask them (directly) to leave a review. Personalizing your request makes customers feel valued and more likely to leave a review.

4. Showcase your reviews: Highlight positive reviews on your website, social media pages, or in-store signage. By showcasing your best reviews, you can encourage others to leave a review and express their positive experiences as well.

Do you already have a great process in place for collecting positive reviews?

Let me know how that’s working for you. I promise it’s me on the other side of this email, and maybe your best practice could be featured as an example!

We can all gather inspiration from our small business friends and neighbors 🤓

See ya next week,

Corey
